was started a few years ago with a letter from a satisfied
service customer who was impressed by the speed, focus and
professionalism he witnessed while having his vehicle

Your
first contact with our service department will most
likely be with Joe Costa, or Russ
Wozniak. All are experienced technicians who will
carefully listen to and confirm your needs and
concerns. They will provide written estimates and
follow-up for all repairs.

Most
Lube Centers use the amateur skills of a training
apprentice. At Bloomer Ford, your vehicle oil
change and inspection swill be done by our most tenured
technician. Glenn has serviced over 16,000
vehicles and never had a comeback. He knows what
to look for and will advise you of potential problems
before they leave you stranded. Apointments
for routine maintenance are not needed (but appreciated). |

maintenance and/or repairs will be completed by a team of
the most qualified and best-equipped technicians in the
region. All are certified and two have earned the
‘Senior Master Technician’ ranking from Ford (there
are fewer than 500 with this distinction in the ENTIRE
5-state region!).
Our
computer system will keep track of your service history
and factory required maintenance needs (this adds a lot of
